Robotics

We endeavour to give all students from Year 5 upwards (and sometimes Year 4, if there is time) an opportunity to learn basic LEGO robotics programming. They work through a set of challenges to learn the skills required to move a robot around, and use sensors.

Teams of more skilled students may be further challenged to enter local robotics competitions such as Robofest,  the annual RoboCup Junior Competition, or the First Lego League Competition (an international competition). Teams have competed very successfully, both locally and nationally.
